GM diaphragm metering pump is a kind of mechanically controlled volumetric and reciprocating pump. It includes a power system and a fluid section, separated by PTFE diaphragm. Transfer of designated volume fluid. When the diaphragm is pulled back, a certain amount of fluid is sucked into the pump head through the check valve. When the diaphragm is pushed forward, the same amount of fluid is discharged by the outlet check valve.
GM types is robust and reliable motor driven metering diaphragm pumps. The stroke length can be adjusted to alter capacity of this pump. Two no-return valves prevent the feeding chemical form flowing back during pumping. Each pump with the reinforced plate is to protect the diaphragm.

The GM metering pumps are perfect for chemical dosing in water and waste treatment facilities, industrial process, agriculture, and many more applications. These pumps reliably inject chemicals such as ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate, polymers, alkalis, sodium hydroxide, acids, anti-scaling and anti-foaming agents and many more for coagulation/flocculation, slurry treatment, pH control and adjustment, and desalination.
1. Warranty period: 12 month from the delivery date( quick wear parts like diaphragm, check valves, plunger are not on the warranty list)
2. Within the warranty period, the pumps are repaired for free due to the quality problem that cause the malfunction. Exceed the warranty period, we continue to offer paid service.
3. Even if within the warranty period, if the following occurs, there will cost for the maintenacne:
Malfuntion or damage due to running the pump wihtout adding the oil in the pump case.
Malfuntion or damage due to no periodic maintenace according to manual.
Malfuntion or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
Power phase loss, or power supply current not steable.
Damaged due to overload.
Equipment put out of use for long time, and not undertake periodic maintenance according to this manual.
Malfunction or damage caused by man-made factors or force majeure facotors.
