JMA serial digital metering pumps is a self-priming diaphragm pump.The pump is equipped with an LCD display and a user-friendly control panel , provide customers with intelligent solutions for accurate chemical dosing.
JMA serial digital metering pump includes:
• One cabinet with drive unit and electronics.
• One pump head with back plate, diaphragm, valve, connector.
• A control panel with display and buttons.The control panel is assembled in side of cabinet.
The motor should be controlled in such a way that the feeding is as uniform and stable as possible, No matter what is the capacity of the pump.
JMA digital metering pump integrates a variety of intelligent functions, such as flow, level, pressure, timer and others. Through the integrated microprocessor for automatic calculation and feedback, and the friendly touch-tone human-machine interface system , it makes the operation more convenient.
The JMA digital metering pump can transport corrosive or non-corrosive media such as solid particles and other materials with a temperature of -15 ℃ ～ 50 ℃ and a viscosity of 0.3 ～ 2500cps. The flow rate of the pump is in the range of 7.5 ~ 150L / h, and the corresponding maximum output pressure is 12 bars. The pump is adjustable from 0% to 100%. In the range of 30% to 100% flow rate, the steady-state accuracy is ± 1%. It is a metering pump with simple structure, low energy consumption and accurate metering.
JMA digital metering pump consists of control system, drive motor, transmission end and hydraulic end. The motor drives and drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through gear deceleration. The eccentric shaft drives the ejector rod and pushes the diaphragm to reciprocate. The flow is changed by changing the stroke. The hydraulic end automatically works to convey liquid through the suction and discharge valve group.
