JYSD series hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps can control the chemical dosing with excellent accuracy and reliability. The steady-state accuracy is within±1% range. This dosing pump is compact and durable design and enables dosing pressure up to 35 Mpa. The motor can be both vertical or horizontal installed. Multiplex gear box with one motor drive and pump base is available.

The flow rate can adjusted via uniqe adjusting mechanism from 0-100%. The adjustiment can be carried when pump is in operation or at stop. The steady sate accurancy is ±1% from 30%-100% of the maximum output. Automatic operation is achived by variable speed drive.
LIGAO hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are capable of dosing crossive,vaporing, flammable, explosive or toxic solutions. It can also transport suspended liquid or moderately viscous liquid. Double diaphragm with diaphragm rupture detecting system is availble to prevent accident caused by mixture of hydraulic oil and the liquid after diaphragm ruptures.
Liquid end is one of the important components of the metering pump, its structure consists of a piston, cylinder block, cylinder head, inlet and outlet check valve, diaphragm, hydraulic three-valve (air overload valve, limit valve, oil make-upvalve) composition; The diaphragm separates the liquid and hydraulic oil, so the advantages of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is no leakage. Double diaphragm with alarm: the middle between the two diaphragms is vacuum, when a diaphragm rupture, the liquid through the hollowwhich is connected to the external pressure gauge and sensos, pressure change and the sensor detectets the leakage, which will stop the pump automatically and make alarms. Air overload valve which has two functions, one is for air breath. It can automatically exclude hydraulic cavity gas, so always ensure that a vacuum cavity; the second is protection: it is responsible for those incidents fluid chamber (overpressure)such as pipes, nozzle clogging, other ultra-high pressure automatically released caused by misuse of valves to protect security of diaphragm and other parts.
The function of limit valve is to control the hydraulic chamber working required filling oil, the hydraulic cavity oil is insufficient, it will automatically fill oil control, open a different itinerary, make sure that the correct amount of oil to meet oil chamber work requirements. Oil make-up valve is the actuator of limit valve. When the hydraulic oil need be filled, the limit valve instructs to open the oil mak-up valve, and terminate immediately when need to colse. Hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is driven by the drive machanism.
The piston reciprocates the pump chamber, when the pressure of the hydraulic oil changed and causes the diaphragm to flex displacement, the media will alternately pump suction and discharge chamber. In the pump suction stroke (backward), the piston create a certain negative pressure in the pump chamber, the suction pressure of the liquid suction port check valve automatically opens, the liquid flows into the pump chamber, when the piston run to dead center forward after stop when the point, the inlet check valve will automatically shut down; in the discharge stroke of the piston is moved forward, so that the liquid gradually pressurized, under pressure while the liquid discharge outlet check valve opens automatically. In each intake stroke, outlet check valve is closed, and in each of the discharge stroke, the inlet check valve is closed. Hydraulic parallel hydraulic cavity by a hydraulic valve to maintain three, avoid excessive hydraulic oil or exhaust duct obstruction occurs automatically under over pressure burst oil.
