JYSR series hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is an extremely robust pump for chemcial metering, which is equipped with internal safety valve to meet the over pressure load safety problem. Double PTFE diaphragms with diaphragm rupture detecting system is available to prevent accident caused by mixture of hydraulic oil and the liquid after diaphragm ruptures.The motor can be both vertical or horizontal installed. Multiplex gear box with one motor drive and pump base is available.

Pump flow is determined by the driving speed, diaphragm diameter and stroke length. Flow rate by adjusting mechanism (handwheel) to adjust the stroke length to achieve the required flow.
JYS series hydraulic pumps include JYSX, JYSZ, JYSR, JYSD four products, if more than one series of pump is connected, add the number before the pump model (for example: two JYSD connected change to 2JYSD).
JYS series hydraulic pumps achieve fluid transmission through the inlet and outlet pressure difference. It can be dosed with steady accurancy with the range 30% to 100% . Pump can be adjusted from zero to the max, with repeatability accuracy ± 1%.
JYS series hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are suitable for liquids from: normal temperature water to strong corrosion, volatile, flammable, explosive, toxic, odor, medium viscosity, radioactive or other precious liquids.Suspension liquid also can be dosed. In case accidents by the mixture of liquid and the hydraulic oil after diaphragm rupture,double diaphragms with diaphragm rupture detective device is suggested.
Different types of metering pumps can be fitted with inverter motor or explosion-proof motor according to the requirements. Model specifications and parameters of the pump, refer to the company’s catalog.
